The Settings section allows you to manage system notification preferences, and job templates for efficient job management.

  • Navigate to Settings. Login Page In this section, you can see Company profile(By default), Notification preference and Job template

Company Profile​

Company Header Section​

  • Company Name: HabTech (display name)
  • Vertical: Industry classification
  • Description: Company overview and mission statement
  • Website: Primary company website URL
  • Contact Email: Support or contact email address

Company Details​

Company Information Section:

  • Company Name: Legal business name
  • Industry Sector: Primary business sectors (multiple selection)
  • Founded: Year of establishment
  • Company Website: Official website URL

Legal & Structural Information:

  • TIN Number: Tax Identification Number
  • Company Type: Legal structure (PrivateLimitedCompany, etc.)
  • Employee Count: Current number of employees
  • Media Links: Social media or additional web presence
  • Woreda: Geographical district location

Job Templates Management​

  • Navigate to Settings -> Job Template.

Overview​

Job Templates allow you to create new job postings quickly using pre-designed formats.

Template List Table:​

Notification Preferences​

  • Navigate to Settings -> Notification Preference.

The Notification Preferences section allows you to manage all system-generated communications and email templates.

  • Enable/Disable: Turn specific notifications on or off

Best Practices​

Profile Completion​

  1. Complete All Required Fields

    • Ensure all mandatory information is provided
    • Upload all required business documents
    • Keep information current and accurate
  2. Company Description Optimization

    • Write clear, compelling company overview
    • Highlight key services and expertise
    • Include mission and vision statements
    • Keep description concise but informative
  3. Document Management

    • Keep business licenses current and uploaded
    • Ensure TIN certificates are valid
    • Update documents before expiration dates
    • Maintain digital copies of all certificates

Notification Management:​

  1. Review Templates: Regularly check notification templates for accuracy
  2. Test Communications: Send test emails to verify formatting
  3. Update Content: Keep notification messages current and professional
  4. Monitor Delivery: Ensure notifications are being sent successfully

Job Template Usage:​

  1. Choose Relevant Templates: Select templates that match your job type
  2. Customize Appropriately: Modify templates to reflect specific role requirements
  3. Maintain Consistency: Use templates to ensure uniform job descriptions
  4. Update Regularly: Refresh templates with new best practices

Template Organization:​

  1. Categorize Properly: Assign templates to correct job categories
  2. Clear Naming: Use descriptive names for easy identification
  3. Regular Review: Periodically review and update template library
  4. Archive Old Templates: Remove or disable outdated templates

Troubleshooting​

Common Issues:​

Verification Problems:

  • "Verification pending": Allow processing time or contact support
  • "Documents rejected": Verify document clarity and validity
  • "Cannot upload documents": Check file format and size requirements

Profile Update Issues:

  • "Changes not saving": Check internet connection and required fields
  • "Profile completion not updating": Refresh page or complete all sections
  • "Edit options not available": Verify user permissions for profile editing

Document Management Problems:

  • "File upload failed": Ensure files are in accepted formats (PDF, JPG, PNG)
  • "Document not visible": Check upload success and refresh page
  • "Expired documents": Upload renewed documents promptly

Template Not Found

  • "Cannot locate specific job template": Use search functionality or check different categories

Notification Not Sending

  • "Email notifications not being delivered": Check notification preferences and template settings

Template Formatting Issues

  • "Job template displays incorrectly": Contact administrator for template correction

Missing Notification Templates

  • "Expected notification type not available": Contact system administrator to add new templates
